This is another Spec home turned custom. The timeline on this project was extremely accelerated, with cabinets, flooring, tile, and countertops all needing to be received and installed in a 4-week timeframe. Emily worked with the builder to ensure this new homeowner would be able to close on time. Missing the deadline could have resulted in serious consequences that would have affected the interest rate on this home for many years. It was a flurry of activity, but we were able to pull it off. Emily worked with the homeowner on all cabinets, countertops, lighting, flooring, tile, and paint.
